Mieke (Alexandra Schalaudek) and Mattis (Florian Heiden) are inseparable seventeen-year-old siblings looking for an escape from life in their provincial backwater town. As they begin spending more and more time with together, brother and sister begin experiencing feelings for one another, culminating in a taboo relationship. While taking them back to their care-free childhood and offering the restless twins an excitement never experienced before in their isolated Bavarian town, it cannot last forever. As their friends and step-mother begin to suspect they are more than just brother and sister, tragedy and heart-ache loom on the horizon.
This is about a brother and sister who are twins, Martin, called Mattis, and Magdalena, called Mieke. Immediately after birth they lost their mother and have since lived with their father, who lovingly looks after them. Their father’s best friend has looked after them lovingly as well. The two have never been separated and have one heart and one soul. As children they played at being married to each other, and kissed each other warmly on the mouth. When they turned sixteen, they gradually realised how important they were to each other. They realised too that this was no ordinary love between brother and sister, but real romantic love. They have affairs with others, but to no avail. They can’t put an end to their feelings, and they express the feelings. They kiss and eventually sleep together. But this single time is not the end. They keep on sleeping together and showing each other their feelings. They try to cut themselves off from the world and keep their love secret. They still sleep together and declare their feelings to each other.

Review
This disturbing yet highly distinguished Dutch film follows the (seemingly)
incestuous obsession of a young man and his long estranged sister. Using a subjective camera,
it is mostly filmed from the perspective of the young man, Matthew, who in turn uses a camera to film his sister
Daantje (Kim van Kooten). The siblings haven't seen each other in years,
and Daantje is not pleased to have her brother pushing his way into her life and filming her every move with his camera.
It seems she and he share an uncomfortable secret, shown via Super-8 film flashbacks
in which their parents found them in a seemingly compromising situation on one of her birthdays.
But neither the flashbacks nor the present day filming tell the full truth and later,
when Daantje steals the camera away from Matthew, the reality of the little escapade is revealed.

The series' trademark is that it tells both about life in rich (such as dukes and duchesseses) as well as "normal" families and people. Other and maybe most important trademark is that there always is one or many case/s of forbidden love ("Verbotene Liebe"), such as homosexuality or adultery

Imdb Review
After the death of their mother, a brother and sister (Andrea Guzon) return from boarding school to their family home where they stay under the guardianship of their mother's long-time lover "Uncle Gerard" (Gabriele Tinti). While the brother marks this somber occasion by finally "becoming a man" courtesy of the sexy family maid (Lili Carati), his younger sister discovers "Uncle Gerard's" treasure-trove of audiotapes documenting his long affair with her mother. For some reason, she decides to follow the actions on these tapes to try to seduce the older man. And since he was kind of a kinky guy who got off on her mother having sex with A LOT of other men, she ends up giving a stranger a hand-job in a theater, teasing a horny stable-hand until he nearly rapes her, and finally even joining a brothel! Oh, and did I mention she is also still a virgin(which strangely is not a problem at this particular brothel).
Although this is movie is certainly kinky enough for a D'Amato movie, it's also one of those softcore costume period dramas that are much more the province of other Italian directors like Tinto Brass. D'Amato was much better at the more modern "swinging 70's" sex films like the "Black Emanuelle" series or his own patented hybrids of sex and horror like "Emanuelle and the Last Cannibals" or "Erotic Nights of the Living Dead". This film was from a strange period in his career during the mid to late 80's when he gave up horror and sleazy 70's flicks and seemed to be trying to imitate Brass and other directors of "classy" erotica (eventually he'd give this up too and dive completely into hardcore porn). As far as these movie go this is better than the godawful "Blue Angel" rip-off "Blue Angel Cafe" but not as good as his Tinto Brass remake "Midnight Gigolo".
Naturally, Andrea Guzon and Lili Carati disrobe with great frequency. D'Amato regular Laura Gemser also shows up in a small, and almost unrecognizable, part and has memorable (if completely gratuitous) sex scenes with Carati and Guzon. Another washed-up European sex star Dagmar Lassander is actually pretty good as the madame of the brothel (even if the whole brothel thing is pretty damn stupid to begin with).
So does the girl eventually lose her virginity to her "Uncle Gerard"? Well, this IS still a Joe D'Amato film, after all... . .

Review
Peter Daley, a drifter, is hired as a temporary hand on the Jacksons’ 4,000 acre sheep ranch. Peter is invited to dinner at the ranch house where Jackson introduces him to his invalid wife and his daughter, Cathy. He soon learns that Jackson is a fiercely possessive and aggressive man. He shows off his collection of firearms to Peter, and states that he is ready to bag the large stag that roams his ranch. “Always aim for the heart. It doesn’t spoil the trophy", he tells him. Peter, a non-hunter, is sickened by this cruelty.
Peter tries in vain to befriend the aloof and frightened Cathy. In time, she tells him about her father’s incestuous affair of many years with her. Peter is appalled and convinces Cathy to run away with him. Inevitably, Jackson hunts them down, as he would the stag, with ruthless possessiveness.
